The Go Italian fast casual concept is the fastest growing food service segment with North America’s number one food choice, Italian.

Our menu consists of market fresh food with all the Italian classics, gourmet thin crust pizzas and our signature classico pizzas, fresh salads, sandwiches, European coffees, and desserts. Our retail section offers Italian dips and spreads, breads, biscotti, and our popular take and bake meals.

What kind of Clientele does a Go Italian attract?

Because Go Italian is so diverse, we attract a wide range of customers from business people coming for a quick lunch to families, girl’s night, couples and celebration parties. We also attract people coming in for a quick take out dinner to eat at the office or the rink. Our take and bake section attracts busy people who are stopping in on their way home from work or running errands, and don’t want to cook. We attract just about anyone that appreciates excellent food, exceptional service in a warm and casual atmosphere.

What is the cost of owning a Go Italian?

The cost will vary by location but is estimated to be approximately $640,000 to $830,000 for a turn- key operation that is detailed further in the Investment Section.

Does a Go Italian provide or assist in financing?

We do not provide financial assistance but will provide any Information your financial institution requires to complete your loan application. We may recommend competent lenders who are capable of meeting the financial needs of our franchisees.

What are the Royalty Fees?

The royalty fee is 6% as defined in the franchise agreement and the fees are paid weekly.

What are the advertising Fees?

The advertising fees are 3% of sales as defined in the franchise agreement and are paid weekly to the franchisor. These fees are maintained in a Go Italian advertising account and are used for concept advertising and promotions for the Go Italian system as established by the franchisor.

What on-going support is given to a franchisee?

Our area representative will provide ongoing support and training through frequent restaurant visits. They will ensure that all Go Italian systems specification and standards are in place to maintain profitability and consistency.

The representatives will conduct store audits to identify areas of concern within the operation. They will then develop action plans to eliminate and correct problems uncovered in the audit.

What can I expect as a return on my Investment?

Franchise regulations prevent us from making income disclosures. The restaurants profitability will vary depending on management, control, local market conditions, dedication to our systems, sales mix and competition in the area, operational costs, time of year, and more. We encourage independent legal and accounting advice for our franchise program.

What are the criteria for a Go Italian Location?

Restaurants are typically located in a market of a minimum population of 40,000 with a square footage of 2,500 to 3,300 and a mix of residential and commercial properties.

Who selects the location?

The franchisor has its own Real Estate Department and will locate and negotiate the sites. Demographic studies are carried out to determine suitability. Although all locations are approved by our team, we welcome all site suggestions.
